Healthy Eating Workshop


On Monday 10th June we were joined by Elsa Sinclair and her colleague Palmira from the NHS community health team.  They shared their knowledge on healthy eating and making sensible choices for snacking and packed lunches.  This was followed by a tasting session for  parents and their children.  We tried sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, banana chips, dried apricots and dried apples.  Following this the children all made their own breakfast cereal to try the following day!
